GCAM model version for Woodard et al (2023)

GCAM model version and accompanying scenario input files for Earth's Future article Scenario Discovery Analysis of Drivers of Solar and Wind Energy Transitions through 2050.

For a full description of GCAM, current model release, documentation, related publications, and other information on the base model, please see the model's Github page: https://github.com/JGCRI/gcam-core. The version here is a modified version of GCAMv5.4 (Bond-Lamberty et al., 2021) with a few specific upgrades. The additional updates included are an updated residential floor space demand function, improved handling of water market solutions, and a handful of technical improvements that do not affect model results. All were later added in the GCAM v6.0 release.
