Description

Urban transport systems face significant issues such as inefficiency, congestion, reduced mobility, and environmental impact, necessitating a systematic approach for improvement. Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) leverage modern technologies to enhance transport efficiency, sustainability, and passenger safety. A key solution to traffic problems is multimodal mobility, which links different modes of transport for seamless travel. Crucial to this is the National Access Point (NAP) for multimodal information, a digital platform allowing data reuse to provide comprehensive travel services. NAP, adaptable in various technical forms, requires stakeholder contributions for effective operation. Emphasizing a future where ethical data sharing stimulates openness and innovation, mobility has the potential to drive societal and economic advancement.
