When talking about history, first of all, the issue of its reflection in fiction comes to the fore. It is natural that its perception in the art of words was not free of contradictions when history was forcibly falsified for many years and its true essence was hidden. In this article, one of the leading representatives of modern Uzbek literature - Shukur Kholmirzaev's novel "Kil koprik" is considered as an example of artistic weaving - an important criterion of the writer's skill.
