Description

This Zenodo collection comprises an R-project for the software package RStudio, coding the graphical presentation and statistical analysis of AZFP data, light data and zooplankton data from a multidisciplinary drift observatory in the Central Arctic Ocean as well as the datasets used by the script.

The resulting plots and analytical results were presented in the publication"Sea-ice decline could keep zooplankton deeper for longer" by H. Flores, G. Veyssiere et al, published in Nature Climate Change (2023).
