Project plan and monitoring framework (D1.1)

Short report explaining processes and procedures including scheduling, change management, and quality procedures for internal reporting as well as risk mitigation strategy and updates. The overall project methodology is outlined in the project proposal (see section 1.3 Project implementation methodology). This report provides extra details on the specific processes and methodologies that were outlined in the proposal.
