This repository contains the data for https://github.com/pervouchine/nmdnar pipeline published along with "Integrative transcriptomic analysis suggests new autoregulatory splicing events coupled with nonsense-mediated mRNA decay" by Dmitri Pervouchine, Yaroslav Popov, Andy Berry, Beatrice Borsari, Adam Frankish, and Roderic Guigó in Nucleic Acids Res 2019 Jun 4;47(10):5293-5306. The content of this repository is split read counts that were pre-processed by IPSA pipeline (https://github.com/pervouchine/ipsa) and deposited in compressed form here. The NMDNAR pipeline will automatically download and unpack it.
