Draft Genome Sequences of representative Paenibacillus Polymyxa, Bacillus cereus, Fictibacillus sp., and Brevibacillus agri Strains Isolated from Amazonian Dark Earth

Here, we reported ten functional genomic annotation files in gbff files. The annotation was done using RASTtk and SEED database. The ten bacterial genomes was isolated from soil samples originating from Amazonian Dark Earths. Six of these genomes were identified as Paenibacillus polymyxa, while the remaining four were unique representatives of Paenibacillus vini, Bacillus cereus, Brevibacillus agri, and Fictibacillus sp. respectively. All these strains were exposed to Fusarium oxysporum (Fox) and exhibited significant antagonistic properties against this pathogen. The draft genomes presented sizes between 5.28 and 5.85 Mb, 16 to 111 contigs, and a GC content between 34.96 and 53.62%.
