Prospects for the development of the organic products market in Ukraine and the world

Description

The subject of the study is the market of organic products in Ukraine and the world.
The purpose of the study is to analyze and explore the possibilities of further development of the
domestic and global market of organic products.
Research methods. The research uses a set of scientific methods and approaches, in particular
the systematic, logical and dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and
synthesis, the comparative method, the method of data summarization.
Field of application: in the field of economic sciences and in the practical activity of business entities.
Conclusions. The growing awareness of consumers about the benefits of organic food, as well
as the increase in the number of certified organic products, contributes to the development of the
market for organic products and helps ensure that consumers have access to quality and safe food.
The market of organic food has great potential for development, however, some problems regarding
production and lack of land resources may complicate the further development of the market. Realizing its potential requires new scientific technologies and practical measures to increase production, lower
prices and make organic food more accessible to consumers. The development of the organic sector
is particularly important and promising for domestic agrarians, consumers and the state as a whole,
therefore Ukraine should actively work towards the creation of appropriate legal support for the
activities of organic producers, as well as the introduction of a clear and effective system of their state
support both at the regional and national levels.
