Aare Valley Hydrogeological model
Description
This Zenodo repository is supplementary to the following journal article :

These Data are designed to help the reproducibility of the study, and contains both prior models before inversion, and posterior models. The complete description of the contents and the moethodology used to generate them can be found in the article.
The zip file contains the following structure :
- PriorModel is a folder that contains the files that define an ArchPy model, with the conditionning informations (Only Boreholes)
- PosteriorModel is a folder that contains the files that define an ArchPy model. The ArchPy model has the results of the data assimilation described in the paper related to this dataset.
- HydrologicalModel contains the files that define an ModFlow 6 model. All the boundary conditions, pumping well and obervation points are included, as described in the paper related to this dataset.
- LoadAndPlotArchpy.ipynb is a jupyter notebook that show how to read the ArchPy models, generate Prior models and how to plot the data.
- environment.yml contains the Python environnement list. All the packages needed and their version are described.
