evangowan/paleo_sea_level: GAPSLIP Version 2.0.1

This version gives this database a name: Global Archive of Paleo Sea Level Indicators and Proxies (GAPSLIP)

This release culminates a rewrite of almost all of the scripts used within this database, incorporating Python and removing the old Fortran files. There is now a workflow to automatically move the data from scratch files into the main database, adding the information on the regions and reservoir corrections, which greatly reduces the effort to update those components.

This version adds data from Australia and Greenland.

Version 2.0.1 fixes a minor issue with one of the python scripts.
