This is the codes used for all analysis in the paper Citizen Science Against Globalized Mosquito-Borne Diseases, by John R.B. Palmer, Aitana Oltra, Francisco Collantes, Juan Antonio Delgado, Javier Lucientes, Sarah Delacour, Mikel Bengoa, Roger Eritja, Mosquito Alert Community, and Frederic Bartumeus.
The code relies on the data archived at: http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.154354
It also relies on several external data sources, which can be downloaded by following the instructions in A0.0_data_download.r. To run the code, make sure to change the paths.r folder as well as the initial setwd() call in each file, based on your own directory structure.
