Description
Data and code accompanying the publication: Little directional change in the timing of Arctic spring phenology over the past twenty-five years.
This resource contains 1. R-scripts to calculate yearly phenologies from raw temporally explicit flowerin, arthropod observation and bird nesting data from Zackenberg. The raw data is openly accessible through the Greenland Ecosystem Monitoring database (https://data.g-e-m.dk/), as well as an R-script to carry out most of the analyses presented in the publication. To facilitate the use of the analysis script, pre-produced annual phenologies of focal taxa are included as csv-tables.
