Description

Initial release of the Matlab-based processing pipeline to estimate iceberg melt rates from high-resolution digital elevation models. The pipeline has been applied by multiple users across different machines and should run properly if using digital elevation models provided by the Polar Geospatial Center or produced using the NASA Ames Stereo Pipeline. Conversion from elevation change estimates to meltwater fluxes or melt rates also requires daily MAR or RACMO surface mass balance data for either Greenland or Antarctica. Although all code in this release should run properly, the code is still a work in development and you should also check the associated Github page for potential updates. New releases will be published for bug fixes and major code developments.
