Database of chemical structures of substances generally recognized as safe from the Computer Aided Science research group

The databank of chemical structures was populated by drawing the two-dimensional structures of the Generally Recognised as Safe obtained by the list of the regulatory agency, Food and Drug Administration (FDA, http://www.fda.gov), n = 364 and from the Flavour and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA, https://www.femaflavor.org/), n = 2,500 in 2019.
