The file includes FREEDA pipeline validation results: orthologue detection, comparison with previously published datasets, analysis of rodent centromere proteins and additional analyses of KIF4A, KIF4B, histone H4, MICA, MICB, NUP73 and HERC5. Manually aligned structural prediction models for MIS18A, MIS18B, AURKC, CENP-O and CENP-P are also included.
