The article discusses the impact of digitalization on the involvement of employees in an organization. The definitions of the concepts of "involvement" and "digitalization" are considered. The influence of increasing the level of digitalization in the company on the involvement of employees is revealed. The advantages and disadvantages of the digital workplace model for the company are determined. The problems that the organization may face when introducing digitalization into the company's activities are also identified. As a result, the authors come to the conclusion that the digitalization of processes in a company is an important way to increase the involvement and efficiency of the organization's personnel.
