Description

[For more information and resources please visit www.coastsforkids.com] This is the 4th episode of the Coasts for Kids Series. Episode 4 encourages children to think critically and to develop their own understanding of human impacts. The video reviews knowledge on coastal morphodynamics from Episode 2 and coastal currents from Episode 3, as well as rising sea levels mentioned in Episode 1. The animation then explains how infrastructure and people can interfere with these processes. [The Coasts for Kids Series is currently available for free downloading from the Southport Eco Centre (UK) and the Coast and Ocean Collective (NZ). Check out the Coasts for Kids YouTube Channel for updates].

Notes

This project would not have been possible without the incredible work of all the amazing children and families involved in it. We sincerely thank all of them.
