Description
[For more information and resources please visit www.coastsforkids.com] This is the 2nd episode of the Coasts for Kids Series. Episode 2 introduces children to coastal morphodynamics, a key concept in coastal sciences. We make emphasis on beach-dune interactions, and their ability to adapt to marine and weather conditions (both during storms and during calm periods). [The Coasts for Kids Series is currently available for free downloading from the Southport Eco Centre (UK) and the Coast and Ocean Collective (NZ).
