Distribution. Euro–Siberian, temperate. From European part of Russia to Republic of Buryatia and S Yakutia. Outside Russia in Europe, Turkey, Transcaucasia, N Iran, N Kazakhstan, N Mongolia.

Hostplants: Sorbus, Lonicera, Clematis, Taraxacum, Dianthus, Thymus, Origanum, Campanula, Polygonum (Hausmann 2004).
