Resource Management in Rainfed Drylands: An information kit

This manual is an effort to compile farmer-tested, dryland technologies and practices based on the rich and extensive Indian experiences.

It is hoped that this information kit, written in simple English language with line illustrations, will help planners, field workers, farmer leaders and extensionists involved in dryland development in India in promoting these technologies and strategies. This book could also be of use to others involved in dryland agriculture development outside India. To the users outside of India, this kit could provide a rich source of ideas worth testing and adapting.
