BIOLOGICAL FUNDAMENTALS OF VEGETATIVE PROPAGATION OF TASHKENT-16 AND SAMARKAND-7 VARIETIES OF THE ELAEАGNUS ORIЕNTALIS IN THE CONDITIONS OF KARAKALPAKSTAN
