VERNACULAR NAMES. — Pa: kwem, kwem-purubumna • Wp: a’ɨlea, kulumã tololo • Cr: mal-bwa-kannon • Br: imbaúbarana, mapatirana.

HERBARIUM DATA (FG). — 31 collections at CAY. Sel. exs.: P.A. Poiteau s.n. (lecto-, P[P00753657], designated by Berg & van Heusden [Berg et al. 1990: 137]; isolecto-, B[B100248462]).

INVENTORY DATA (FG). — 39 trees in 22 plots; Fmax = 1.2 %; dbhinv = 46.9 cm.
