RISK ASSESSMENT WHEN CHOOSING A MEDICAL FRANCHISE IN THE FIELD OF LABORATORY RESEARCH: METHODS AND PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Abstract

This article examines the risk assessment when choosing a medical franchise in the field of laboratory research in the context of the economy of Kazakhstan. A literature review identifies key factors influencing the success of franchise selection and major risks associated with this process. The main part of the work presents the results and discussion, which analyze the applicability of the obtained results in the conditions of the Kazakhstani economy and provide practical recommendations for minimizing risks when choosing a franchise. In conclusion, the findings and future research perspectives summarize the main results and suggest possible directions for future research in this area in the context of the Kazakhstani economy.

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается оценка рисков при выборе медицинской франшизы в сфере лабораторных исследований в контексте экономики Казахстана. Обзор литературы выявляет ключевые факторы, влияющие на успешность выбора франшизы и основные риски, связанные с этим процессом. Основная часть работы представляет результаты и обсуждение, в котором анализируются возможности применения полученных результатов в условиях экономики Казахстана и предлагаются практические рекомендации для минимизации рисков при выборе франшизы. В заключении, выводы и дальнейшие перспективы исследования обобщают основные результаты и указывают на возможные направления для будущих исследований в данной области в контексте экономики Казахстана.
