PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN UZBEKISTAN IN JUDICIAL SYSTEM

This article describes the mechanisms for the protection of human rights in Uzbekistan. It also focuses on the activities of the courts as a major player in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the suspect, accused, victim, civil plaintiff, civil defendant, civil respondent at all stages of the criminal, civil or administrative process. Analyzes the ongoing reforms in the judicial system of the country.
