Description

Multiplexed MIBI images used in Figures for manuscript "Expanded Vacuum-Stable Gels for Multiplexed High Resolution Spatial Histopathology", a manuscript described a method permitting the accomendation of expansion microscopy (ExM) hydrogel in high vacuum chamber or desiccated environment, and allows for interrogation of archival tissue sections by multiplexed imaging mass spectroscopy (IMS) methodologies.

Notes

All 900-FOV data on AD cases has a size of 90 GB, only images that directly show in Figures were uploaded, remaining (like the overview show in rebuttal) will be available upon request.
