Comparing manual and automatic artifact detection in sleep EEG recordings

This dataset accompanies the research paper with this title. It contains raw data with sleep EEG PSD estimates and artifact scorings which enable the replication of the findings in our paper. Raw data is available at https://1drv.ms/f/s!AvXog6knBeB4iBSeBUVoAbqMyA5i

Our submission contains the following MATLAB code files:
- artifact_testing_vs_manual_clean.m: this code uses EEGLAB to load EEG files, calculate Hjorth parameters and PSD estimates. This file needs access to raw EEG files which we do not provide for limitations in our IRB permit.
- artifact_testing_vs_manual_analysis_clean.m: this code performs the analyses described in the paper.
