Description

Homology model of chicken (Gallus Gallus) MFSD2A in the outward facing state (ggMFSD2A.pdb). The model was built with Modeller software. using as a template structure of mouse MFSD2A in the outward facing state. 

movie_rep8.mp4 and movie_rep16.mp4 represent molecular dynamics simulation trajectories that show LPC-18:1 substrate binding to the outward facing MFSD2A and subsequent occlusion of the protein.
