This article will focus on the organization in the Republican Educational Center, together with the territorial departments of public education, of a wide explanatory work on the content of the basic curriculum and documents related to its implementation, at the August councils and directly in the pedagogical community, on the development by various international organizations of regulatory documents in areas of standardization, metrology, certification.
