hmnaik/smartbarn-mocap: kickStarter

This release has all the basic code available to access the Vicon mocap system, and some interface with the SDK to get online data. Processing of the 3D data for computer vision tasks (pose computation, point transformation between coordinate systems, 3D to 2D image projection, and 2D-2D triangulation).
