Perspective of Biostatistics in Medical Laboratory Science

Although biostatistics is frequently misinterpreted in medical laboratory science, both experimenters and readers
need to be familiar with it. The study of illnesses, patients, and epidemiological occurrences is made possible by
biostatistical methods. The contemporary researcher cannot avoid learning about and using statistics. To design a
study endeavor and to prevent egregious errors of misrepresentation, a better understanding is necessary. This
paper's goal is to present a well-organized and structured point of view on the perspective of biostatistics in medical
laboratory science and research, outlining the key tools for planning a scientific investigation from the formulation
of a hypothesis to the presentation of the findings.
