This is a dataset corresponding to data utilized in the publication titled "Cancer-Related Worry as a Predictor of 5-Year Physical Activity Level in Childhood Cancer Survivors". These data were deidentified for sharing purposes.
The file contains demographic variables (age at baseline and follow-assessment, race, gender), clinical variables (age at diagnosis, diagnosis group, treatment modality(ies), and presence of CTCAE grades 3+ chronic conditions), and psychosocial variables (cancer-related worry factors from factor analysis, pain interference, and anxiety endorsement).
Variables with outcomes 0 or 1 are dummy coded to represent no and yes, respectively.
