In this article, the issues of machine learning are considered in solving the monitoring issues of the speech emotion recognition project. The use of machine learning and its possibilities are highlighted. Human speech emotions and their detection algorithm, an algorithm developed using machine learning techniques to understand and identify human language and various speech emotions is described.
