О НЕКОТОРЫХ ВОЗМОЖНОСТЯХ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА В СФЕРЕ ТУРИЗМА
Description
The article provides an overview of various publications on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the tourism industry. In particular, the benefits of using AI at various stages of travel organization are discussed: customer service, transportation, booking and reservations, customer protection, security, sustainability, service availability and personalized travel itineraries. The possibilities of AI in improving the efficiency and quality of services provided are analyzed, the need for a balance between AI and human interaction is substantiated in order to fully satisfy customer requests and coordinate the system of organizing tourist trips.
