Description
This dataset contains compressed sensing images of fluorescent textile fibres acquired using OptoMechanical Modulation Tomography (OMMT).
The dataset was collected to illustrate a reconstruction algorithm for 3D fluorescence microscopy data that uses a 1+2D TV regularization to enforce volumetric coherence constraints while being efficient to compute.
