Tentative Book Title: Socioeconomic Challenges Amidst a Global Triple Threat of Conflicts, COVID-19, and Climate Change

Objective of the book: For the benefit of students, scholars, and researchers in the fields of public health, epidemiology, international affairs, peace and conflict studies, health economics, and socioeconomic studies, as well as for journalists and policymakers, it is important to note that we do not endorse the inclusion of any political, antinational, or antigovernment statements. Additionally, we discourage statements that may escalate cross-border conflicts.
Description: It should have a structured abstract, introduction, and conclusion, along with other suitable headlines. Every paragraph should include a reference to present inflation, economic stagflation, halted development projects, currency devaluation, energy crunches, health and socioeconomic crises caused by ongoing global conflicts, the pandemic, and climate change. Please avoid giving complex equations, graphs, methodology, and other technical jargon. We need a chapter, not a journal-fit article. Authors are requested to submit chapters based on health and economic challenges in:
(a) Low and middle income countries (LMICs)
(b) War-torn countries (Syria, Palestine, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, DR Congo, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Lebanon and Mexico)
(c) European Union
(d) Sub-Saharan Africa
(e) Middle East – Gulf countries
(f) East Asia
(g) Central Asian countries
(h) Middle East/North Africa (MENA) Region
(i) ASEAN countries
(j) Latin America
(k) Australia and Oceania
Also, based on present crisis imposed by COVID-19, ongoing global conflicts and climate change, authors may submit manuscripts on:
(l) Global energy crisis
(m) Global economic crisis
(n) Global health system crisis
(o) Global unemployment crisis
(p) Global supply chain crisis caused by currency devaluation
(q) Global food insecurity
(r) Human displacement and epidemic crisis among displaced people
(s) Poorest developing countries that are in dangers of bankruptcy
(t) Implications for prospects for sustainable global development
(u) Social innovation in tackling global poverty and vulnerability
(v) Challenges of the countries where displaced people took asylum
(w) Inter-relationships between climate, pandemics, and conflict
(x) The impact of global crisis over drug and medical equipment supply
(y) The impact of US-China Trade war over global economy
(z) Challenges for countries facing US-EU sanctions (eg. Iran, Russia)
Requirements: The language should be fluent English; it should be a 5000–7000-word chapter manuscript along with references; line spacing: 1.5; font size: 12; font: Times New Roman. American Psychological Association (APA) citation style should be used, and all references, infographics (please avoid images of people and places), and other sources should be clearly cited by numbering within the text. Try to put 3 to 5 tables and infographics with lots of statistics on health and the economy. Journal names inside the reference section should be italicized and use the complete journal name. For example: Avoid writing "Public Health Pract (Oxf)" instead of “Oxford Handbook of Public Health Practice”. Use citation tools like bibme.org or citationmachine.net or any other online citation tool to avoid errors. A plagiarism report and a 100-word career summary of the author are mandatory along with the submission.
