Paradoxes of Verbal Action. Theory and Practice
Description
The purpose of the article is to rethink the concept of verbal action in acting. The research methodology. The conceptual methodological core of the study was the comparative, semiotic, etymological and analytical analysis of the concept of verbal action and the relevance of this term to the nature of human behavior and acting. The scientific novelty of the work lies in rethinking the concept of verbal action and determining the algorithm for the birth of a word. Conclusion. The term of verbal action, which is widespread in the theory and practice of theater, contradicts the organic nature of human behavior in general and acting in particular, which harms both the process of actor's education and the process of stage impersonation, inhibiting the overall development process of domestic theater.
