Data analysis and plotting scripts for the "Technical Note: assessing predicted cirrus ice properties between two deterministic ice formation parameterizations" manuscript

Description

This repository contains the Python cirrus box model used to produce the predicted ICNC and Si plots in the manuscript, as well as other plotting scripts for analyzing the ECHAM-HAM data comparing KM21_GCM and ML20 for the "Technical Note: assessing predicted cirrus ice properties between two deterministic ice formation parameterizations" study.

All plotting scripts were written in Python. The users will find relevant comments within each script that explain how they work. Specific hardcoded paths or file names are signified by "####".

Version 2 includes the post-processing script for producing the data from the GCM simulations (forgot to upload in version 1)
