Description
This module was developed for the macroscopic transport model quetzal_germany to endogenise car availability changes.
The underlying choice model is estimated with the openly available TRA-DE 2022 database, using the MO|DE.behave framework.
The module can be ran without the entire transport model, if the variable changes are hard-coded into the notebook.
