Valley morphology and classification: MATLAB code used to extract and classify valleys across Greenland

This repository contains code used to locate, quantify the morphology of, and classify, valleys beneath the Greenland Ice Sheet. The code relies on a number of freely-available datasets and functions, which can be accessed at the following links:
