From the proposal summary: "Proposed activities include collecting and synthesizing information about, and analyses of, open infrastructure efforts and activities around the globe to inform up-to-date landscape analyses, best practices guidelines, and other resources targeted at stakeholders (infrastructure projects, institutions, and funding bodies). Expected products include reports on the state of open scholarly infrastructure, guidelines and recommendations for stakeholder groups, and groundwork for the establishment of a fund dedicated to this work."
