La gestión estratégica de recursos humanos aliada de las tecnologías informáticas: revisión sistemática de literatura

RESUMEN

La gestión estratégica de Recursos Humanos mediante el uso de la tecnología aplicada se ha convertido en una de las áreas menos exploradas en la investigación científica, observando que durante la pandemia de COVID-19 ha ido incrementando su usabilidad. Con el objetivo de analizar la relevancia existente entre la gestión de recursos humanos y su alienación con la planeación estratégica, así como la transformación digital de los procesos operativos y administrativos, se realizó la presente revisión bibliométrica en la base de datos de Scopus, para descubrir las tendencias más usadas con vista a una alineación estratégica, considerando un procedimiento de exclusión que permitió refinar el marco de análisis. Los resultados indican que la gestión de recursos humanos se transforma de manera integral, es decir, en todas sus áreas. Por otro lado, se identificó que es una preocupación para las empresas el transformar sus procedimientos para generar una ventaja competitiva.  Es por lo anterior que se detectó una importante relevancia sobre el tema, particularmente durante y posterior a la pandemia.

 

ABSTRACT

The Strategic Management of Human Resources through the use of applied technology has become one of the least explored areas in scientific research, observing that during the COVID-19 pandemic its usability has been increasing. In order to analyze the relevance between human resources management and its alignment with strategic planning, as well as the digital transformation of operational and administrative processes, this bibliometric review was carried out in the Scopus database, to discover the most used trends with a view to a strategic alignment, considering an exclusion procedure that allowed refining the analysis framework. The results indicate that the management of human resources is transformed in an integral way, that is, in all its areas. On the other hand, it was identified that it is a concern for companies to transform their procedures to generate a competitive advantage. It is for this reason that an important relevance on the subject was detected, particularly during and after the pandemic.
