The risks of the neglected world of the last mile food delivery

The goal of this thesis is to discuss all the risks involved in last mile food delivery and express grocery delivery, focusing on microbiological and chemical risks as well as redefining GMPs and CCPs. Furthermore, the dissertation hopes to analyse the sanctions framework and the current legislation vacuum towards this unregulated foodservice, to propose better preventive measures and best practices.
