This study aimed to find out the significant relationship between the Extent of Utilization on Technology Based Instructional Materials and Teachers’ Performance. Specifically, this study tried to find an answer to the question of What is the profile of Araling Panlipunan teachers in Valencia District V in terms of age, position, number of years in teaching and monthly salary. What is the extent of utilization on the technology based instructional materials in terms of professional views on computer technology, teaching style and experience with computer technologies and integration of technology and what is the teachers’ performance. The study respondents consisted of Grades I-VI teachers. A total of 90 teachers as respondents for this study. The study was descriptive involving purely quantitative analysis. Relative frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used as statistical tools. The questionnaire contains indicators to the extent of utilization on technology based instructional materials in terms of professional views on computer technology, teaching style and experience with computer technologies and integration of technology. The teachers’ performance was used as the basis in terms of teaching-learning process, pupils’ outcome, community linkages, professional growth and outstanding.
