The Subjective Position of the People in Rural Revitalization

The issue of agricultural and rural farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. The party and the government have always put the resolution of the "three rural" issues as the top priority of the party's work. In order to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a rural revitalization strategy and included it in the Party Constitution as one of the seven strategies to guide the country's development. The rural revitalization strategy has pointed out the way forward for deepening rural reform and development, and is an important program of action for realizing agricultural modernization in the new era. It is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee focusing on building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and striding forward to a powerful modern socialist country. The rural revitalization strategy fully embodies the people's dominant position.
