New Features:

1. Kneeling detection support with optional calf accelerometer and new activity "Kneeling".
2. Added support for generating hourly tables directly (without using diary defined intervals)

Fixes and changes:

1. ActiPASS now uses json file format in config files for better readability
2. Code for Time synchronization of multiple accelerometers is refactored to be more in-line with ActiPASS workflow
