Description

This dataset includes information on resistance profiling, as well as antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes and virulence-related factors that were identified in Brucella isolates recovered from humans and animals in different regions of Iran using classical phenotyping and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology.

Notes

The data have also been submitted to the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA). The project accession number is PRJEB50179.
