CD8+ T cell clonotypes from prior SARS-CoV-2 infection predominate during the cellular immune response to mRNA vaccination

Description

These data files contain TRB sequences obtained using the Adaptive Biotechnology v4b Immunoseq assay. Five sample types were isolated from PBMC collected from seven persons during COVID-19 convalescence through booster vaccination.

1) memory CD4 and CD8 T cells from a pre-vaccine timepoint (E00)

2) naive CD4 and CD8 T cells from a pre-vaccine timepoint (E00)

3) bulk CD3+CD4+CD8- T cells from a post-vaccine timepoint (E03)

4) Live, CD3+CD4+CD8- cells co-expressing CD69 and CD137 after 18 hour stimulation of PBMC from a post-vaccine timepoint (E03) with pooled SARS-CoV-2 S peptides. Termed "classic AIM-positive cells" in manuscript.

5) Live, CD3+CD4+CD8- cells expressing expressing either CD69 or CD137 but not both, and further gated for expression of either CD134, CD154, or both, after 18 hour stimulation of PBMC from a post-vaccine timepoint (E03) with pooled SARS-CoV-2 S peptides. Termed "additional AIM-positive cells" in manuscript.
