Description

Results on the molecular characterisation of the ECOBREED common wheat (Triticum aestivum) diversity panel with respect to rust resistance genes, end-use quality traits (i.e. wheat storage protein composition and grain protein content), adaptation traits (i.e. dwarfing and photoperiod sensitivity genes), and grain yield related traits (i.e. genes associated with grain weight and/or wheat stem water soluble carbohydrate content).

Datafile includes 3 sheets: (i) metadata information: authors and affiliations; overview of genes/markers and references; (ii) results for applied molecular markers; if appropriate, detailed comments are included for the respective gene/marker in the heading; (iii) legend for colours and abbreviations.
