Cell organelle segmentation of Nile Red fluorescent images

Description
This is a DCNN model to segment multiple organelles from fluorescent ratiometric images, which aims at live cell anatomy imaging (LiCAI). Please see the preprint for detailed description. Five organelles including LD, Golgi, ER, mitochondria, and lysosome are segmented. Delete the test_input.npy and test_output.npy when used with illastic, because illastic only supports model files <100Mb.
