MEXICO (Nayarit, Veracruz, Tamaulipas, Quintana Roo, Jalisco, and Chiapas), GUATEMALA, HONDURAS, NICARAGUA, COSTA RICA, PANAMA, VENEZUELA, FRENCH GUIANA, BRAZIL (Amazonas, Ceará, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Rio de Janeiro, S„o Paulo, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul), ECUADOR, PERU, BOLIVIA (Santa Cruz and Tarija), PARAGUAY, ARGENTINA (Tucumán, Formosa, and Misiones), and URUGUAY.
